Automotive Journalist & Presenter
Writing about cars with the honesty they deserve — and putting them on camera so you can see it for yourself.
About
I'm Lyn Woodward — a journalist, writer, and video presenter who has spent over a decade answering the question: what does it feel like to drive this car?
My work covers real-world roads, automotive innovators and icons, long-form features, reviews of everything from the budget-friendly to budget-busting sheet metal, essays that treat cars as culture — not just machinery — and I bring that same perspective to video, hosting reviews and road tests that skip the jargon and get right to the good stuff, driving. My byline has appeared in numerous publications including The New York Times, Motor Trend, Automobile Magazine, Overland Journal, Hagerty Driver's Club, Panorama Magazine, Autotrader, The Drive, Motor1, and Kelley Blue Book.
If you're looking for honest coverage, an entertaining, singular voice, or you're a reader who just loves cars — this is the right place.
"Every car has a story.
My job is to find it."
